If it's any help......

I found the paragraph about the family on page 249, History of Henry County, Taxpayers and Voters 1877, and it gives her birth date and location.

I found her husbands listing in the Sterling Gazette Index as published on 24 June 1909.

I found a death date for her at Allen County Public Library, as December 26, 1900, at Hooppole. (Page 827)

If this date is correct, then a search might be continued in the newspapers at the Geneseo Library.

Hi Lisa,
Sorry, I'm a little behind in answering message board. I will look for an obit. I'm sure you have already seen her listing on Find-a-Grave Or maybe it's your contribution - I see it says it's submitted by Lisa.

Jack, thanks much for your assistance!

Hi Lisa,
I'm going to go with Jack's suggestion and check with the Geneseo Public Library Genealogy Dept.

Let us know if they are able to help.
Denise
