From Reagan Centennial 2011
The rainbow stamp is exlusive to Tampico, IL. The photo was taken by Lloyd McElhiney on election Eve. It is a double rainbow, one of which appears to land directly on top of the birthplace apartment where Ronald Reagan was born. The next day, Mr. Reagan was elected president. Prophecy? A Washington correspondent noted that President Reagan kept a copy of that photo in his desk and pulled it out when he needed some inspiration.

You can only purchase this stamp from the Ronald Reagan Birthplace while supplies last. They will be available again on Feb. 10, 2011 after the "unveiling ceremony" of the new Reagan Forever stamp. The Forever stamp is also available from the U. S. Post Office. First Day of Issue cancellations will be available at the Birthplace on Feb. 10, 2011 from 10a-4p
