Mary Ellen (nee: Terry)Gholson and her son, Terry. Taken at the R. Reagan "Birthday Party" in 2002 in the Tampico Historical Society Museum. I think this was the last year she attended, due to poor health. The media was always there for this event and interviewed Mary Ellen every year because she was a classmate of Ronald Reagan. Her memory was "sharp as a tack"! Her father, Dr. H. Terry, delivered Ronald. Her grandfather, C. R. Aldrich, built my house. Mary Ellen told me some of her memories of visiting her grandparents in this house. She hasn't been inside of it since she was about 12 years old, but she described it to a "T."
