Tampico Centennial Baby

Centennial Birthday Baby: Scott Allen Forward, the Tampico Community Centennial baby was born on Jan. 14, 1975 at the Community General Hospital in Sterling. He was born two days before the 100th birthday of Tampico which according to available records, was Jan. 16. Scott resides on a farm north of Tampico with his parents. Nancy and Gregory Forward, two brothers, Paul and Gary and one sister, Lori in third grade. Nancy was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Ray Braggo of Amboy. Mrs. Braggo, Nancy's mother, baby Scott's grandmother was the daughter of Mrs. Sadie Lee of Tampico. Mrs. Lee is baby Scott's great-grandmother. Gregory was the son of Mr. an Mrs. George Forward Jr. of Tampico. Gregory's grandparents arae Mr. & Mrs. Julius Verdick of Tampico. They are the great grandparents of baby Scott.
