Mr. Olsson is one of Tampico's leading citizens, being a retired farmer who takes considerable interest in public affairs, and is in a position to devote nearly all of his time to the duties and work connected with the office of justice. He makes a specialty of collections and all such work and matter of that kind placed in his hands will receive prompt attention.
